  • What is Zocular?

    Zocular® was developed by Dr. Peter Pham, a board-certified ophthalmologist with a degree in chemistry, to specifically address eyelid issues that contribute to "dry eye symptoms".  Zocular has developed a proprietary okra-based formulation called Zokrex to target the oily residue and dirt on your eyelids that can cause the eyes to feel ithcy and scratchy.

  • Is it safe to order on Zocular.com?

    Ordering on Zocular.com is very safe and we employ methods used by your banks to secure your credit card transactions. Even more than this, we make sure that we never store your credit card number on our site by engaging with Stripe merchant services to handle your credit card purchases.  The same company that will charge your credit card will be the same company that will handle your credit card information - Stripe.  For more information, please refer to stripe.com

  • How do I order Zocular products as a Professional?

    If you are a professional involved in eyecare or skin care, you are eligible to join the Zocular Network of Professionals.  Simply register on Zocular.com as a Professional account and allow 2-3 business days for your account to be verified.  Please include your professional license number and the primary state where your are licensed as a professional.  We may contact you for further information during the verification process. Some Zocular products like our ZocuShield Eyelid Gel or ZocuKit is ONLY available to registered Zocular Professionals. 

  • Can I return Zocular products?

    Zocular products may be returned for a full refund of the purchase price within the first 30 days from the date of purchase. We cannot accept empty containers or completely used products. Please call or email us to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.  Once you've received the RMA number, ship the item(s) back to us along with a copy of the sales order and a brief reason for the return. Allow 2-3 weeks after your return has been received for your account to be credited. Send returns to:

    How Are Zocular Products Shipped?

    Orders are generally shipped via USPS.  It generally takes 2-4 days for products to be delivered once it's been received by USPS.  You may track the shipment status of your order under your Account Settings under Orders.

  • How should I use ZocuWipe?

    ZocuwipeTM requires no rinsing and can be used just once a day in the morning or at night.  Simply open the convenient single-use packet and unfold the pre-moistened pad.  Place the unfurled pad onto your fingers and gently wipe your closed eyelids along the lash line in lateral motion for 10-15 seconds. There's no need to rinse after application.
